Employment Vacancy Descriptions Are Not Written to Hire Human Beings - Companies Are Dreaming To Hire Super-Human Sherpas.
If companies are serious about hiring the right talent, based on their unique individual need, then they first need to fire those who write their “job” descriptions. Otherwise, they have no hope of attracting or retaining dedicated talent, that grows with the company, like a strong-standing tree.

I don't need to prove anything to you. It's up to you to research, believe or reject it.
I’m not an affiliate marketer. I am not for sale. I sold my soul to the God already.
I may add links to content that's ignored by the algorithms so you can go there direct because search engines might obscure them or make it difficult for you to find them due to the nature of the truth in them.
These articles are like "Textual Films", they don't need to be interrupted during reading just as you don't go to an external site while watching your movie, you may pause it or stop it or watch it to the end.
I research and investigate before I speak. I don't believe in the lies of corporate, freelance, or state-owned media, whoever or wherever they are, except when they say the truth, which is extremely rare.
For people who need justification for what I write or say, it's better for them not to read or see it at all, because the truth will not make a difference to them now, in any way, shape, or form.
